Fall is here and it is the time of year to bring out your autumn recipes that feature the fresh ingredients that are abundant right now. Pumpkin is a nutritious and versatile ingredient that adds texture and interest to any dish. Check out our full Fall Salad Recipes roundup for more seasonal inspiration. We have also included some of the serving pieces, cook ware and kitchen tools that will come in handy. The recipes below require puree or fresh pumpkin. Butternut squash is frequently sold already cubed, so you could always substitute this for the pumpkin.
