15 White Jeans For Women Over 50

Women in Off White Jeans and Black and White Tops

White jeans are simply the best! They are a flattering staple for women of all ages. Why you ask? White jeans are stylish and extremely versatile. They can be worn casually, perfect for lunch with your friends or glammed up for an evening out! They are a great alternative to blue or black denim jeans. We are showcasing these 15 pair of White Jeans- they have the details -thicker fabric, silhouettes that flatter many body types and current trends that women over 50 seek for a stylish look.

In the Midwest we are so ready to wear white when spring arrives. You can certainly wear white jeans well before Memorial Day and beyond Labor Day but in the dead of winter here in the Midwest the snow, salt on the roads and mud will most certainly ruin them.

White pants come in a variety of styles- straight leg, wide leg cropped, palazzo, boyfriend, and flare. There are a variety of fabrics and shades of white like ecru… a slightly creamier version of white. Best part of white jeans..you can wear them with any color of the rainbow…even more white!!!

Fit Tip– to achieve a great fit try sizing up one size and choose fabrics that are thicker. Always wear nude underwear -not white or any other colors.

We are sharing a round up of 15 of the best white jeans that are perfect for women over 50! And pairs that either we already own or have tried on and would love to own them!!!!

Wide Leg White Jeans

Wide Leg White Jeans can be a valuable staple in your spring, summer and fall wardrobe. These Wide Leg Jeans have a higher waist that reduces the chance of muffin top (who came up with that term), flatters a pear shaped figure by creating a straight line from the top of the thigh to the hem and an ankle length will showcase any heel height you choose. Our favorite in this category is the Anthropologie Denim Collette Wide Leg Jean– it is great. Click on any photo below for more information.

Flare White Jeans

Flare White Jeans are a ideal for women who have really long legs. The Frame Le High Flare Jean had a very long inseam. While they were great for Bev, Val realized this would not work. Check the inseam length on this jean profile. Also, choosing a pair that has a moderate flair is something we look for. This way if the large flair trend goes away, you can still wear the slight flare.

The Agolde Fran High Waist with a cuff is a trend that is showing up. The Veronica Beard Beverly High-Rise Skinny Flare Jean deserves a look, as does the Mango Straight Leg Jean.

The simplicity of a neutral palette makes it so much easier to style and basically looks good on everyone. Spring in the Midwest can be warm but we still have those cooler days when a sweater is definitely a necessity! The J Crew Classic Straight Jean has a great silhouette. It is a great option for women over 50. If you struggle with a muffin top and many of us do this high rise jean will cover those areas. The bright white shade and the sturdy jean material is just what we look for in a jean. The sandals are by Sam Edelman and Bev just bought a pair. They are comfortable and sturdy. The Pamela Munson Tote is the perfect size.

This outfit will take you anywhere! We like neutral palettes as they are easy to style and go with just about anything!

Caring For Your Jeans

Here are a few tips to keep your white jeans white. Only wear once or twice between washings. Only wash with other white clothing. If they become dingy, soak in warm water with color safe bleach for 30 minutes before placing in washing machine.

Your white jeans can really take you anywhere…how versatile!
