Red Clothes and Accent Pieces For Fall!

With every new season there are new colors that are trending. This fall it happens to be red and we couldn’t be happier! Red clothing is so vibrant and rich and will be a color you definitely can wear right through to the upcoming holiday season. Truth be known we both love neutrals but have noticed when we wear red it tends to brighten up our complexion! We also feel it elevates your mood.

Red accessories like belts, purses and shoes will add a pop of color that will update your entire look. You may feel like you want to stay safe and stick with neutrals but you also may be surprised to see how red in many ways is a neutral and pairs beautifully with many other colors!

Let us show you a few of our favorite red pieces for this season!

Look how beautiful these dresses are! When you attend a special event in a red dress you will definitely stand out in a sea of black dresses. Don’t take this wrong…we love black dresses too but sometimes stepping out of your safe zone is exciting! It can be fun! Really! The Chiara Boni La Petite Robe dress can be more expensive but they will be in your wardrobe for years to come. One other added benefit…they hold you in so you can eat as much as you want at the event! Haha!

Red has always been a color that is connected to power, confidence and happiness. Red is associated with love and passion. If you have never worn red before but are thinking you may want to give it a try start small. A blazer or jacket may be where you could start because it will be perfectly paired with jeans, a jean skirt or over a dress.

Bev just bought this beautiful Cinq A Sept Dress at the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale….still available but not at a reduced price. Her advice is to size up one size on this dress. The bell sleeve and twist front are details that elevate this dress and make it so special. She styled it with gold metallic pumps, purse and jewelry.
