Favorite Spring & Summer Scents

Spring is here and we wanted to take a moment to share with you some of our favorite Spring and Summer Scents. We understand that it can be difficult and sometimes confusing when you are choosing a new scent- there are so many wonderful options available. We hope that sharing some of our favorites we help you if you are in the market for something new and fresh. If the scent has a body lotion too, we have included that for you- layering can help the scent last longer.

Favorite Spring & Summer Scents

The perfume you will be most attracted to could become your signature scent. Some people fall in love with a scent and wear it over and over and that is really ok! On the other hand you may be adventuresome and like to try a new scent every so often! There really are no rules! Take your time because perfumes can be costly!

Test the fragrances at the store but try only three or four in a row because after a while it will be hard to differentiate between them. Spray the perfume on the test strips that the store provides and resist spraying on your skin. When you think you have found a fragrance you really like lightly mist on your skin and wait five to ten minutes to see if you still like it. We also feel there is nothing wrong with asking for a sample to see if you are really ready to invest in that fragrance.

DO NOT expose your perfume to sunlight. We know you like to gaze at your beautiful perfume bottles on the mirrored tray on your marble vanity ……DON’T!! Resist this!

The two main killers of your precious scented molecules are light and fluctuation in temperature. Keep your perfume bottles out of the shower area.

Store your perfume in its original box upright in a drawer away from light.
