Drink more water– it is crucial for maintaining hydrated and healthy skin. We all know this.

Eat more foods that are rich in anti-oxidants – example fruits and vegetables. Bright colored foods, green leafy veggies.

Eat more healthy fats-omega 3 found in salmon, nuts, seeds and olive oil. Pecans and walnuts are packed with antioxidants.

Avoid dehydrating drinks and foods, alcohol, excessive coffee and foods and beverages that are high in sodium and sugar. Notice we said excessive coffee-a few cups is ok!

Quit Smoking-the hemoglobin binds with the carbon monoxide instead of oxygen in the blood reducing it’s ability to carry oxygen, support cell growth and repair itself. Our body likes oxygen!!
