One Top Styled Many Ways!

One of the benefits of our job is we get to shop which we both love to do!! During one of our shopping trips we were so lucky to run across this beautiful top from Anthropologie! The Dolan Puff Sleeve Faux Leather Blouse is a perfect top to transition into fall. We feel the versatility of this top makes it even more appealing because you can wear it in more then one season. The top has an easy snap button closure and is even hand washable!! The cute puff sleeve and the shirttail detail caught our eye but the moss color is simply yummy!! It is also available in a warm brown which we debated purchasing but the moss color was too hard to resist!! We have styled this top in many ways to show you just how versatile this top can be!!

Spring and Fall Styling Options

Bev’s has styled her top for fall and is wearing the Banana Republic Slim Refined Cargo Pant with a pretty pump. The cargo pants are no longer available in the olive green but are available in a cream white! We have linked below a brown suede jacket that is very similar to Bev’s jacket above in addition to a similar shoe.

Val’s outfit has been styled for spring or summer. The Dolan Top looks great with white or beige jeans and on a cool night in the summer this top would definitely work!

Summer and Winter Styling Options

Bev has styled her Dolan Top with Banana Republic Lido Pant. The Kurt Geiger Quilted Belt with the antique brass signature embellished eagle is a perfect belt for this outfit. The pants do not have belt loops so you could always add a thicker belt for more emphasis! Veronica Beard Leone Boots look amazing with this outfit creating a black column with a pop of color on top.

Val has styled her Nolan Top with the Anthropologie Somerset Maxi Skirt. This skirt is so fun to style and it turned out to be one of Val’s favorite purchases this summer! This top can be belted because of its shirttail silhouette. Imagine this top as a jacket too….just unbutton it with a camisole or sleeveless turtleneck underneath!

Faux leather tops in addition to pants and jackets will be an item you want in your closet. Faux leather is soft and comfortable to wear and requires very little maintenance. The Dolan Top can be hand washed….but not ironed! It is stain resistant and does not fade. It is truly less expensive than real leather and real leather is more difficult to maintain. We admire products made from real leather…so rich and expensive looking but if you want an affordable and easy to maintain fabric faux leather is it!
