Spring Purses…So Hard To Decide!

Purses are necessary and while some women have quite a collection of them, others just want to keep it simple. Where some love matching the purse to the outfit, let’s face it, changing out a purse on a daily basis can be so time consuming.

There are other factors to consider too. Will the purse hold all of your essentials and still close, how heavy is the purse, can it go from day to night, is it still in fashion- YIKES!

We have gained some knowledge through the years on this and would like to share- as well as show you a few purses that you may want for yourself.

Purses That You Need In Your Wardrobe

Crossbody Bags: This type of bag is a go to because you can fit all your essentials in it without the bag being too heavy or bulky! Easy on your shoulders especially when you are carrying other items…like grandchildren!

Shoulder Bags: These bags have more substance…more interior room for your stuff too. Something to consider when purchasing this type of bag…make sure it isn’t too big for your frame and heavy. If it is heavy at the store it will get worse when you put your essentials in it!

Clutches: A clutch is a small and usually strapless bag that is wonderful for evening! A lipstick, your phone and you are ready to go!!!! Great bag for sundresses too!

Clutches are one of our favorite bags! They look great with the sundresses you will be wearing all spring, light and easy on the shoulders and the perfect bag for shopping! We tend to stay neutral so you don’t feel the need to change purses with every outfit change though! Pamela Munson has some of the most beautiful clutches. Crossbody bags are great for keeping all of your essential items right next to you for easy access. We love that this bag allows you to be hands free too!

Shoulder Bag

Picking out shoulder bags was a fun little shopping trip for us…but how does a lady pick one out when there are so many choices! The Stand Bean Beaded Shoulder Bag is on Val’s wishlist for sure!

We have both been vacationing with our families in the Sarasota area and have been inspired by some the beautiful purses we have seen women carry here. So much fun taking some time away from the dreariness of the Midwest this time of year.
