Stylish Pickleball and Golf Outfits

Pickleball and Golf have taken this season by storm. We both play golf and are always looking for stylish outfits. There is no shortage of brands that feature beautiful and functional golf and pickleball styles. We are dedicating this post to showing you the great items we found. Bev’s family had a little tourney this past weekend. Let’s just say you weren’t a champion if you were on her team- the score didn’t reflect how well she played though. Haha!

Stylish Pickleball and Golf Outfits

When you first start playing pickleball, you may think that the golf skorts can carry over to pickleball. That could be a possibility if you have shorter golf skorts, however, most of the women we know prefer a longer skort for golf. If you wear a golf skort for pickleball, make sure you can move from side to side in it. Tennis outfits really carry over without a problem. Let’s see what we found.

Pickleball Outfits

PickleBall Skorts/Shorts

We both prefer longer skorts for golf and sports. Bev did play in her Lily Pulitzer UPF 50+ Luxletic Monica Skort. It has a 17″ hem length, is pencil skort style and was okay in length. However, a 16″ hem or wider skirt will provide better side to side movement. The Sofibella 16″ Golf Skort in Royal that Bev is wearing is a good choice for this. All of these product’s have fabrics that are UPF 50+, are quick drying and are anti-bacterial. Below are some other selections of skorts and shorts that we found. PickleBall Tops

What top you wear is determined by the weather- if it’s hot, a nice sleeveless top with a crew neck or a collared shirt. If you want sun protection on your arms, we have the long sleeved shirts from Cabana Life and Coolibar that we recommend. The Sofibella Sleeveless Tennis shirt is a great crew neck casual look that covers the delicate neck area. Bev has the Athleta Venture Out Tank and the Boundless Tank that also provide great coverage for the neck and chest area. Loves them. Below are the tops that we found. Golf Dresses

Golf Dresses are the easiest choice for golf attire. One and done and you are out on the course. Again, you need to find a length that you feel is good for you. Here’s a tip- if you have a golf dress that the length is comfortable, measure the length from the top of the shoulder to the hem, note it and everytime you find a dress check that length. Golf Tops

Golf tops are pretty easy to match up with a skort or short that you like. Golf brands do a good job of offering a few different tops to go with skorts and shorts. Details to consider- neck and chest coverage, UPF50+ sun protection, dry wicking and anti-bacterial materials. The Kinona Light and Lovely Sleeveless Golf Top has all of these details. The long sleeved tops that we mentioned in the paragraph above are also included in the photos below. For cooler days, the Advantage Sweater by Athleta is a must. Golf Skorts/Shorts

Golf Skorts and Shorts is another category that length determines our choice. A 17 or 18 inch hem is what we feel most comfortable in. Comfort and style are what we look at next and there are many wonderful choices out there. Val has some skorts from Sofibella that are some of her favorites. Here are the choices we found.
