Have we all realized that the holidays are right around the corner? First up, Thanksgiving. Are you hosting or guesting? Either way, it’s the perfect time to have a little fun with fashion. Today we are sharing Thanksgiving outfit ideas for women from casual to dressy, designed to help you feel confident and comfortable this Season.

Both of us host Thanksgiving for our families- as a result, a stylish outfit that you can move in is our goal. Save the flowy sleeves for when you’re a guest! With the beautiful shades of burgundy and brown that are current for Fall fashion, putting together an outfit will be easy.

Casual Thanksgiving Outfit Ideas

For a family gathering at home or a very casual dinner, think of pieces that are comfortable and chic. Denim is always a welcome choice, especially paired with beautiful shades of brown. Dress your look up with a slingback for welcoming guests, then kick them off when the clean up starts.

Classic Denim for a Casual Look

We found this pair of ankle length, barrel leg jeans with the corduroy inset down the leg at Madewell. It’s a collaboration with Kaihara- a famed Japanese mill. Also, we included the Frame Le Slim Palazzo Jean-it’s a favorite for anytime of the year. For tops we included this sleeveless turtleneck, the 3/4 sleeve Kate Blouse from Brochu Walker and the Boden Frill detail top. Ok, we know you’re thinking- “Who in their right mind wears a white blouse on Thanksgiving?” We love this shirt and think it looks great with denim!

Elevated Casual Comfort Inspiration

Elevate your look with these brown corduroy flares from Mint Velvet and the Madewell Ruffled Pintuck Top. A denim midi skirt is another outfit idea that looks pulled together with very little effort. Stylish Knits- Midi Skirts and Sweaters

Sweaters and flowy midi skirts look sophisticated and create instant polish without looking too formal. The Aritzia Dear Sweater and Twirl Pleated Skirt is a beautiful look- balanced elegance and comfort. We created another knit look with the Karen Millen Alpaca sweater and the Staud Lena Midi Skirt. Both of these outfits are styled with our favorite boots- the Sylvia boot from Sam Edelman and our favorite purse, the Alice Shoulder Bag, from Dolce Vita. Dresses Make a Statement

We love finding dresses to share because they are the easiest to style- one and done. Check the Karen Millen Tweed Yarn Fringe Dress and matching knit Cardi, the Mint Velvet Brown Checked Mesh Midi Dress and the Boden Rachel Knitted Shirtdress. The Quince Trapeze Italian Leather purse is a new favorite of Bev’s. She has one in the camel color and it is the perfect size as a crossbody. We included the Easy Spirit Dorian Block heel– love it and the Tuckernuck Margot t-strap heel– classic.
