Winter Boots-Where Style and Function Meet

Winters in the Midwest call for footwear that is stylish and functional. We have had an easy time so far this season- even with a small amount of snow we were thrilled to pull out our cool new boots. That said, it’s fun to add fashion boots to a look without the threat of water, snow or salt damaging your precious shoes/boots. Brands have figured this out- look at all of the choices of waterproof materials, non-slip soles and a heel that you can walk for miles in- all while keeping your feet warm, some in below zero temps.

We thought you’d like a little refresh for your boot wardrobe, so we found some. Basic boots every women should have are a knee high boot, an ankle bootie with a some sort of heel, a combat, platform casual boot for jeans and snow boots.

This time of year is a good time to check out some of your favorite boots or pricier boots you may have had your eye on but didn’t want to make that type of investment! The boots are selling out fast so if you like one of them don’t wait too long…there still is quite a bit of winter left here in the Midwest!
