Our Favorite Jewelry Brands…Get Your Sparkle on!

We are all in such a positive place here in Michigan!! The weather has been beautiful…mid seventies this past weekend! Our winters can be long so this has been a welcome change. We look forward to warm summers here as much as we look forward to our beautiful falls. Well…enough about that.

We are here to talk about some of our favorite jewelry brands. Your jewelry elevates your outfit and adds sparkle and interest that just wearing your outfit without jewelry would not accomplish. We think jewelry is also a personal choice that clearly shows the world your distinct personality. Do you like small, fine and delicate jewelry or big, bold and sparkly??

Julie Vos

Julie Vos Necklaces

We love Julie Vos for its classic and elegant designs that pair well with dresses but also look great with a casual outfit.

The Honeybee Statement Necklace comes in so many colors…a color for everyone! This chunky necklace definitely makes a statement. If you are looking for a necklace that has so many possibilities you will want to consider the Cannes Link Necklace. This necklace has hammered gold links and is finished with a toggle. The new necklace in the Julie Vos collection is the Clementine Statement Necklace. It is such a pretty feminine necklace…a pear shaped gem stone set in gold with freshwater pearl accents. This necklace would look great with a floral sundress this summer. The Canterbury Pendant Necklace and Palermo Pendant Necklaces can be worn long or doubled up as a necklace closer to your neck.

Julie Vos Bracelets

These bracelets would all look great stacked..which is a look we love. The Bamboo Bangles are so pretty and the colors will blend well with so many summer outfits. You can wear them alone or stack them! The Catalina Stone Hinge Bracelet comes in a myriad of colors and could be stacked along with the Bamboo Bangles. Bev owns the Cannes Demi Link Bracelet and virtually wears It with so many outfits! It is one great bracelet. The Savoy Demi Bracelet features rose cut stones with toggle rings that allow for an adjustable length.

Julie Vos Earrings

If you like fine and delicate jewelry the Peacock Gold Earrings are so pretty. They are a gilded filigree in the shape of a peacock feather with sparkling CZ accents. The Clementine Earrings are also in that pretty pink that would look so good this summer. One of our very favorite earrings are the Laurel Earrings! Little gold flowers and vines on a golden hoop with an additional bloom on the top of the earring are why this earring is one of our favorites.

Susan Shaw

Susan Shaw has so many beautiful pieces. Their collections are meant to be worn together or mixed and matched. You can mix a handmade bracelet with bracelets that have a stone you love or even beaded bracelets. The same goes for their necklaces. Adding pieces from their line of jewelry will give you over time a nice collection that you can mix and match with countless possibilities of pairings.

These bracelets have such personality! The Mixed Metal Cross Toggle Bracelet is one of our favorites. It is hand made and triple plated 24k and sterling silver plated. Many of the bracelets Susan Shaw features can be paired and stacked with their other bracelets.

The Sparks Fly Studs we have featured before because we think they are so stylish and beautiful. Val owns the Pearl Cluster Threaders. These earring is so light in weight but yet would look great with so many summer outfits.

Deepa Gurnani Jewelry

This jewelry designer has caught our attention! The Indian hand embroidered jewelry has a distinct appearance. We love it. The pieces we have picked below would enhance any white sundress or white outfit you wear this summer.
