Our Favorite Purses That Cover The Basics

Purses are necessary and while some women have quite a collection of them, others just want to keep it simple. Where some love matching the purse to the outfit, let’s face it, changing out a purse on a daily basis can be so time consuming.

There are other factors to consider too. Will the purse hold all of your essentials and still close, how heavy is the purse, can it go from day to night, is it still in fashion- YIKES!

We have gained some knowledge through the years on this and would like to share- as well as show you a few purses that you may want for yourself.

Purses That You Need In Your Wardrobe

Crossbody Bags: This type of bag is a go to because you can fit all your essentials in it without the bag being too heavy or bulky! Easy on your shoulders especially when you are carrying other items…like grandchildren!

Shoulder Bags: These bags have more substance…more interior room for your stuff too. Something to consider when purchasing this type of bag…make sure it isn’t too big for your frame and heavy. If it is heavy at the store it will get worse when you put your essentials in it!

Totes: We honestly feel everyone needs a tote!! Totes are great for travel in addition to a crossbody bag as you walk through the airport. If you work they are a must for carrying your computer and any other work related accessories, your personal items and your cell phone!

Clutches: A clutch is a small and usually strapless bag that is wonderful for evening! A lipstick, a phone and your lipstick and you are ready to go!!!!

Bone

Metallic (nice for the warm weather coming up!!)

Red (a pop of color for all seasons..looks amazing with white and amps up those black coats we wear in the winter)
