The LBD- Little Black Dress is timeless, elegant, classic and it’s great to have at least one in your closet. It’s versatile and has a quiet dynamic. It is the hardest working dress in your closet for so many reasons. The LBD is what you’ll grab when you have nothing to wear or a solution for a last minute invite or event.

We found some great choices for an LBD refresh that we are happy to share. Some are geared toward the Spring and Summer, however, with the proper jacket you could wear these year round.

The Banana Republic Soraya Midi Dress was a wonderful find. The deep V-neckline is actually bra friendly and shows off any necklace. The length is just below the knee, however, if you are a bit shorter, you may need to have it hemmed. This LBD is very comfortable. Bev is wearing a size 6 and this dress is on sale. The Harshman Fiorella Tie-Front Flutter-Sleeve Midi Dress is a similar profile to the Banana Republic dress, however, the fabric is cotton-linen and the V-neck is lower. The White House Black Market Blazer Dress is a great choice for a winter dress. The gold buttons elevate the dress and the v-neckline is bra friendly. It is a bit on the short side (a true little black dress haha) -that’s why we styled it with the knee high boots. We styled it with the red purse and gold necklaces.
